Reach before time and wear loose clothes on the day of the procedure. Cleanse and bathe well so that the skin to be treated is clean and dry. Do not use any cream or lotion.

After care
There is no downtime and you can continue your daily activities once your procedure is over. In case of a mild redness, a cream will be prescribed to be used for a few days but many a times the redness goes away in half an hour. Use an ice pack if and apply it for some time if needed.
Gym, sauna and exercise should be avoided for 24 hours. Avoid exposing yourself to the harsh sunrays and use a sunscreen with SPF 50. Use a perfume free mild moisturizer. Drink a lot of water. Do not scrub your skin and avoid applying pressure for 4-5 days.
